"Astonishing, Health and Sunshine" is a new triptych edition by Jim Dine. Along with hearts, robes, and tools, plants and flowers are an ever-present motif in the artist’s oeuvre. Dine began his botanical studies in the 1970s, reminiscent of a tradition stemming from the Renaissance, to exercise observation and capture the endless intricacies of nature. An avid gardener since childhood, Dine turned to his garden during the COVID-19 lockdowns in Paris.
